FOCUS column
ContractApplied
Whether a negotiated contract rate was applied to the charge, as carried in the platform’s FOCUS 1.4 contract. It lets the rows priced under the organization’s agreement be separated from rows priced at list, which is what makes the value of the agreement measurable per SKU. Consult the FOCUS specification for the normative definition of this later-release column.
Example
Two rows for the same SKU differ here: one priced under the enterprise agreement, one for a service the agreement does not cover.
Where it comes from, per export
The export column that feeds ContractApplied in each format the platform ingests, and the transform applied. A format with no row does not carry the column; the value is then absent rather than guessed.
