Runcost

Pricing

Priced on the bill, not on the people who read it.

Every plan includes the whole platform: chargeback and showback, forecasting, early warning and AI reports across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. What changes is the size of the bill under management and the level of support around it.

Pricing questions

Why is pricing based on cloud spend?

Because that is what the platform reports on. A bigger bill means more accounts, more line items and more people who need a statement. Charging per seat would punish exactly the behaviour the product exists to encourage: everyone who owns a budget reading their own numbers.

Which spend counts?

Your combined monthly spend across the providers connected to Runcost, as reported in their billing exports, averaged over the previous three months.

Do all plans include the same capabilities?

Yes. The allocation, forecasting, alerting and reporting capabilities are the same in every band. Bands differ in the size of bill under management and the support around it.

What happens on the call?

Thirty minutes on how your organisation allocates, forecasts and explains cloud spend today, and whether Runcost would change that. You leave with a figure for your band. No demo unless you ask for one.
