FOCUS column
ContractedCost
The cost of the row at the price the organization negotiated in its contract with the provider, before commitment discounts are applied. It sits between ListCost and EffectiveCost, and separates the value of the enterprise agreement from the value of reservations and savings plans bought under it.
Example
With a 10% enterprise discount, a $0.10 list-price hour has ContractedCost $0.09; a savings plan then brings EffectiveCost to $0.06.
Where it comes from, per export
The export column that feeds ContractedCost in each format the platform ingests, and the transform applied. A format with no row does not carry the column; the value is then absent rather than guessed.

How Runcost uses it
Runcost reports the two savings layers separately, so procurement can see what the agreement earned and FinOps what the commitments earned.
