FOCUS column
CommitmentDiscountStatus
For rows that relate to a commitment, whether the committed amount was Used by matching usage or left Unused in the charge period. Unused commitment is a cost with no consuming resource, and this column is how it is identified rather than lost among usage rows.
Example
A reservation with 24 committed hours and 20 hours of matching usage in a day yields rows marked Used for 20 and Unused for 4.
Where it comes from, per export
The export column that feeds CommitmentDiscountStatus in each format the platform ingests, and the transform applied. A format with no row does not carry the column; the value is then absent rather than guessed.

How Runcost uses it
Runcost carries Unused commitment as a central line reported to procurement, never spread across consumers who did not choose it.
