FOCUS column
CommitmentDiscountName
The display name of the commitment discount, as given when it was bought, paired with CommitmentDiscountId. Names often encode the team or purpose the commitment was bought for, which is useful context when deciding who should carry an unused portion.
Example
A reservation named “payments-db-3yr” appears here, telling the reader which workload it was bought for before any mapping is consulted.
Where it comes from, per export
The export column that feeds CommitmentDiscountName in each format the platform ingests, and the transform applied. A format with no row does not carry the column; the value is then absent rather than guessed.
