FOCUS column
ServiceProviderName
The name of the entity that provides the service being charged for. For native cloud services it is the cloud provider; for a marketplace product it is the vendor whose software or service was consumed, which is how third-party spend is told apart from first-party spend on the same bill.
Example
A row for a managed database carries the cloud provider’s name; a row for a marketplace security product carries the vendor’s name.
Where it comes from, per export
The export column that feeds ServiceProviderName in each format the platform ingests, and the transform applied. A format with no row does not carry the column; the value is then absent rather than guessed.
